​Ideal for couples who need a hands-on Wedding Coordinator to help source, plan and execute your wedding.

Consultations with the Lead Planner - first consultation will happen shortly after first contact to discuss wedding plans and dreams thus far and establish a plan-of-action from today until wedding day. Each meeting following will be structured to ensure all items, tasks and details are taken care of.

The Wedding Planning Handbook - a comprehensive e-handbook full of checklists, spreadsheets, templates and tips to ensure you are on the right track.

Unlimited Communication - full access to your coordinator from now until your wedding via phone, text, email to answer any questions you have.

Vendor Management - communicate with all vendors on behalf of or in collaboration with you. Assist with going over vendor contracts, confirmation, fees as well as ensure all vendors are aware of their duties and timeline on the day of the wedding.

Ideal for couples who have planned it all and need a trusted Wedding Coordinator to review and execute your plan. This package includes the following:

Two consultations with the Lead Planner - generally done 90 days and 30 days before the wedding to discuss wedding planning so far, assist in creating an order-of-events schedule, make sure all details are accounted for and taken care of.
